Core Principles

Privacy by Architecture

No Personal Data Processed

BioScan does not process any personal data at any stage. Camera input is analyzed in memory and immediately discarded.

No Profiling

BioScan does not create profiles of users, infer personal characteristics, or build behavioral models of any kind.

No Automated Decision‑Making

BioScan does not make automated decisions about individuals. It confirms identity for attendance only — no decisions affecting users.

No Biometric Data Stored

BioScan processes facial data in memory only. No biometric templates, faceprints, or identifiers are stored, saved, or transmitted.

No Storage of Images

Images captured during check‑in are processed entirely in working memory and permanently discarded. No images are written to device storage or transmitted.

No Third‑Party Access

No third party has access to any data related to BioScan usage because no data exists to access.

Data Subject Rights

User Rights

Privacy regulations grant users rights over their personal data. Because BioScan collects no personal data, these rights apply as follows:

Right to Access

No personal data is held. There is nothing to provide.

Right to Erasure

No data is stored. Nothing can be deleted because nothing was retained.

Right to Portability

No data is collected. There is no data to export.

Right to Correction

No personal records exist. Correction is not applicable.

Right to Object

No processing occurs. There is nothing to object to.

Right to Withdraw Consent

No consent‑based processing occurs. Withdrawal is not applicable.
