BioScan is a real‑time, on‑device facial confirmation tool used for attendance and check‑ins. BioScan: Performs instant facial confirmation using the device camera Processes all visual data in memory only Stores no images, no biometric templates, and no user data Requires no account, no login, and no internet connection BioScan is a verification tool, not a tracking system.
You must be legally permitted to use the App in your region. BioScan may be used by minors under adult supervision, as the App collects no personal data.
We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use BioScan for personal, educational, or organizational check‑in purposes. You may not: Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes Attempt to extract or reconstruct biometric data Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App
BioScan does not store, transmit, or collect any personal or biometric data. All processing occurs locally on your device and is discarded immediately after use.
BioScan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including: Accuracy Reliability Fitness for a particular purpose Availability or uninterrupted operation You use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The English Life Academy is not liable for: Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App Device malfunctions Misuse of the App Incorrect check‑in results Because BioScan stores no data, we cannot recover or reconstruct any information.
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
